The Halifax Community Learning Network (HCLN) is one of thirty-one community-based adult learning programs funded through the Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Workforce Development’s Nova Scotia School for Adult Learning. HCLN offers free programs for adults at the Captain William Spry Public Library, Halifax North Public Library, Keshen Goodman Public Library, Spring Garden Road Public Library and at our newest location, the Lady Hammond Learning Program.
