The Halifax Community Learning Network (HCLN) offers Levels 1 & 2 of the NSSAL Adult Learning Program (ALP) and CAEC – Canadian Adult Education Credential (formerly GED – General Educational Development) Preparation from September to June each year. Programs take place at various locations throughout the Halifax community.
